As a nascent organisation entering into the World of Professional Boxing, it was important that the Indian officials be trained by the best, hence the Indian Boxing Council requested Ms Marianna Borissova (Bulgaria) –WBA Supervisor, Mr Stanley Christodolou (South Africa) –WBA Referee & Judge, and Dr John Fleming (South Africa) – WBA Medical Commission, to conduct a 3 day Workshop for IBC Technical Officials in India.
The Workshop was a tremendous eye opener and a learning opportunity for all Ringside officials making their Professional Boxing Debuts in India.
